CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE NUMBER P-22/BC/2009 CONCERNING IMPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

a. that in the framework of simplify and make perfect customs notification in the framework of import of goods are carried by passengers, crew member of transport means, border crosser, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise Number P-22/BC/2009 concerning Import Customs Notification;

In view of:

1. Law Number 10 of 1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book Number 75 of 1995, Supplement to Statute Book Number 3612) as amended by Law Number 17 of 2006 (Statute Book of 2006 Number 93, Supplement to Statute Book Number 4661);

2. Law Number 11 of 1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book Number 76 of 1995, Supplement to Statute Book Number 3613) that is amended by Law Number 39/2007 (Statute Book of 2007 Number105, Supplement to Statute Book Number 4755);

3. Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 100/PMK.01/2008 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Mechanism of the Ministry of Finance as amended by Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 73/PMK.01/2009;

4. Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 155/PMK.04/2008 concerning Customs Notification;

5. Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 188/PMK.04/2010 concerning Import of Goods are Carried by Passengers, Crew Member of Transport Means, Border Crosser, and Delivery Goods;

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE NUMBER P-22/BC/2009 CONCERNING IMPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

Article I

Several provision in Regulation of the Director General Number P-22/BC/2009 concerning Import Customs Notification shall be amended as follows:

1. Provision of Article 2 paragraph c is amended, so the whole Article 2 read as follows:

"Article 2

Import customs notifications shall consist of:

• a. Notification on the Import of Goods;
• b. Notification on the Import of Special Goods;
• c. Notification on the Import of Goods are Carried by Passengers and Crew Member of Transport Means (customs declaration);
• d. notification on the import of goods to be stored in a bonded hoarding place;
• e. notification on the completion of imported goods granted import-for-re-export privileges (KITE);
• f. notification on the import of goods from a bonded hoarding place;
• g. notification on the release of goods from a bonded hoarding place with guarantee; and
• h. notification on the re-entry of goods issued from a bonded hoarding place with guarantee; and
• i. notification on the release of goods to be transported from one bonded hoarding place to another."

2. Heading of CHAPTER IV, Article 9 paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and Article 10 are amended, so CHAPTER IV read as follows:

"CHAPTER IV
NOTIFICATION ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS ARE CARRIED BY PASSENGERS AND CREW MEMBER OF TRANSPORT MEANS (CUSTOMSDECLARATION)

Article 9

(1) Notification on the import of goods are carried by passengers and crew members of transport means as intended in Article 2 paragraph c shall use code BC 2.2.

(2) The notification form as intended in paragraph (1):

• a. shall use paper measuring 99 x 210 mm;
• b. each pages has blue black list;
• c. shall consist of 1 (one) notification sheet in two pages; and
• d. shall be made in 1 (one) copy for the customs office.

(3) Notification form as intended in paragraph (1) is available in Indonesian Language and English."

3. To amend Attachment III of Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise Number P-22/BC/2009 become as stipulated in Attachment I that is integral part of this Regulation of the Director General.

Article II

This Regulation of the Director General shall come into force on January 1, 2011.
